NHS Wales GDS Reforms - Upgrade to Dentally with no upfronts T&Cs

Except where explicitly stated, our General T&Cs take precedence over the below terms & conditions. The below terms pertain to Exact-to-Dentally dental practice management software (DPMS) upgrade contracts, signed between 1st November 2025 and 31st December 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
  1. Practice Type: The offer is available exclusively to practices with a General Dental Services (GDS) contract in Wales, who will continue to offer NHS services beyond April 1st 2026.
  2. Current Software: Practices must currently be using the EXACT dental practice management software on version 12.18 or higher.
  3. Contract Signing Deadline: Practices must sign a Dentally agreement on or before 31st December.
  4. Completion Deadline: Practices must complete their migration to Dentally by 1st April 2026.
    1. Unavoidable delays (including but not limited to onboarding scheduling issues, data migration delays, or technical faults) will be considered mitigating factors, and the setup fee shall still be waived.
What the offer includes:
  • Data migration from Exact to Dentally - Data migrated free of charge from EXACT to dentally.
  • Remote onboarding and training - 1 Day remote (via Zoom) video training (On-site/In-person training available for £1,500).
  • Waiver of standard setup and implementation fees.
Additional Terms
  1. Scope of Migration: The free upgrade covers standard data migration. Any custom migration requirements may incur additional charges.
  2. Additional Services: Charges apply for third-party value added products (VAP), image conversions, and supplementary training. These are subject to current discount parameters.
  3. Hardware and Connectivity: Practices are responsible for ensuring they meet Dentally’s minimum hardware and internet requirements.
  4. Ongoing Subscription: This offer applies only to upfront costs. Practices will still be responsible for ongoing Dentally subscription fees as per the agreed contract.
  5. Withdrawal or Modification: This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time prior to signing a dentally upgrade contract, at the sole discretion of Henry Schein One UK LTD.
  6. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and applies only to the practice named in the signed agreement.
