Terms of Business – Opt-Out Period
We are committed to delivering measurable value to your business. This agreement is subject to an opt-out period to allow you to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) and value on investment (VOI) before any billing is incurred.

If at any point during the opt-out period you decide our services do not meet your expectations, you may cancel. Beyond this period, standard billing terms will apply.

Dentally Vision AI Trial
Terms & Conditions

  • Trial Activation: Submit the form to start your trial. No upfront payment is required. Saving you £500. Our team will activate your trial and you’ll be notified in-app once live. Usually this takes around 48 working hours, time to enable may vary depending on bank holidays etc.
  • Trial Period: The trial runs for 30 days from activation, during which you can use Dentally Vision AI free of charge.
  • Support During Trial: You can access our Help Centre and Academy resources to get up to speed with using Dentally Vision AI.
  • Opt-Out: If you do not wish to continue after your 30-day trial, you must submit the opt-out form before the end of the trial period, this will be sent via email on day 15 of your trial.
  • Subscription & Billing: If no opt-out form is received, your subscription will automatically continue after the 30-day trial and you will be billed £249 +VAT per month.
  • Cancellation After Trial: Once billing has begun, standard Dentally subscription terms and cancellation policies will apply. Please follow the usual cancellation process and reach out to our support team to request cancellation.
